Using sliders


The ColorChooser window has sliders to set the values of color components in the various color models: for example, the RGB model has sliders for setting the strengths of red, green and blue. The window also has a slider to set the opacity.

To move a slider, you can:

As you move each slider, the color wells and the numeric values next to each slider all change accordingly.

You can instead directly type the numeric values. You may find this especially useful if you are using colors which have been specified numerically, say as RGB values.
